
Zafer Yılmaz
Zafer Yılmaz is a political scientist and research fellow at Alice Salomon Hochschule in Berlin. He works currently on the rise of authoritarianism, crisis of democracy and the far-right. His articles on populism, authoritarianism, and the AKP’s political ideology, new political regime in Turkey are published in various academic journals and books. He is the author of “The Spirit of New Turkey: Resentment, Domination and Destitution” and “Erdogan’s Presidential Regime: From Exceptional Republic to Parcelled State”.
